Peanut butter & jelly...the ultimate comfort food! Especially when it's spread on a piece of toasted rye...yum! What's your idea of comfort food? We all have our own ideas but through this site, I'm hoping to share with you my fondness for food and how cooking, baking (and eating!) can comfort us any time of day. Enjoy.

Your Bostini looks delicious!
Hello and your Bostini Cream Pie looks very tasty! I was pretty surprised at how many eggs went into this also and I had a lot of fun putting the dessert together. There was some rereading of the recipe to make sure I had the ingredients right, at first. What a lovely weekend and relaxing =D
Shandy (Pastry Heaven)
This was definitely a dish to share with neighbours! Nicely done!
Great job on your Bostini!! It's always wonderful when it comes together without any problems!
Bostini and board games - what a great combination!
I'd say your Bostini looks flawless...beautiful job! The cake looks so light and fluffy, which is, I think, what makes a perfect chiffon. Great challenge. :-)
Bet your neighbors can't wait to come back for board games after the great job you did on the Bostinis this month!!
Dessert and board games sounds like a wicked fun night to me! Perfect!
Lovely presentation of the bostinis. Great job!

You'll be a pro before you know it! Good job on not burning the custard. I still hear a little sizzle from time to time when I make custard (I make a lot of custard). It looks great :)
jen at use real butter
What a great way to celebrate your bostini!!
That's what I did, I made the Bostinis for a family dinner and played Le Mans!
Congrats on a job well done!
Well done. It looks great!
Mighty fine job there! And what a lovely way to spend the evening!!
Friends, games and Bostini! That's got to be a winner. Well, done.

I'm glad you enjoyed it, Augustina! You did a great job.
Glad to hear that you enjoyed this challenge. Your bostini looks droolworthy!
Fabulous! And right up my alley too.. I love staying home (or going to a friend's house) and playing board games!
Your bostini is beautiful.. excellent job =)

i love those ramekins, they look amazing! sort of retro - i wish i had some of those!
This just looks absolutely amazing!! It is sooo pretty.
I love how it looks like the bostini is peeking out from the ramekin. beautiful job!
Mmmm, your cake looks so happy and healthy in its little ramekin! It all looks tasty!
That's the trick - stun the neighbors with dessert, so they can't play board games very well! :) Great cake!
What a lovely prize after some games- Beautiful Bostini!
xoxo
And having just read Julius' post, sharing this dessert with people -- LOTS of people -- is a wise choice, calorically.
Great job... beautiful cakes!!
Nice of you to share these with your neighbors!
