Cupcake, that is! This weekend I tested out a couple recipes from the cookbook, Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World. After conquering the chocolate vegan cupcakes earlier this month and enjoying them so much, I knew I wanted to bake more from this little book which packs a whopping 75 cupcake recipes. Margarita In A Cup?
